Vintage frizzante wine, obtained without maceration and naturally fermented in autoclave. Made from hand-harvested grapes.  

Alcohol content 11,5% vol.

Serving temperature 8-10°C.

Serve in a tulip glass with a 4-5 cm mouth diameter.

Organoleptic characteristics:

Colour: bright straw yellow, fragrant and persistent foam.

Nose: elegant, intense and delicate aromas with notes of stone fruit enriched by a floral background.

Palate: fresh and balanced, pleasantly persistent.
