D.O.C. - Charmat Method - Pinot Nero - Brut Rosé

Vintage brut spumante wine, obtained through minimum maceration and fermented in autoclave.  

Alcohol content 12% vol.

Serving temperature 6-8°C.

Serve in a flute.

Organoleptic characteristics:

Colour: light pink, with a quite fine and persistent perlage.

Nose: young aroma, rich in hints of mixed berries.

Palate: fresh, full-bodied, with a good persistence.
