Vintage quality aromatic spumante wine, obtained without maceration and fermented in autoclave. Made from hand-harvested grapes.

Alcohol content 6% vol + 90 g/l residual sugar.

Serving temperature 6-8°C.

Serve in a bowl.

Organoleptic characteristics:

Colour: straw yellow, with an abundant and persistent foam.

Nose: intense jasmine, citrus and cut grass aromas.

Palate: sweet, not exceedingly, well-balanced, with an aromatic finish.
