Vintage still Pinot Grigio, obtained through low-temperature maceration. Made from hand-harvested grapes.

Alcohol content 12% vol.

Serving temperature 8-10°C.

Serve in a tulip glass with a 5-6 cm mouth diameter.

Organoleptic characteristics:

Colour: bright straw yellow with gold reflections.

Nose: very intense aroma, ample bouquet with outstanding fruity and floral notes together with marked minerals and honey hints.

Palate: fresh and well-balanced with a very persistent finish; intense ripe fruit and flowers flavours.
