Obtained through maceration and refined for 12 months in concrete tanks. Made from hand-harvested grapes.

Alcohol content 13% vol.

Serving temperature 18°C.

Serve in a large tulip glass with a not too large mouth diameter.

Organoleptic characteristics:

Colour: deep and intense ruby red with garnet reflections.

Nose: fine, intense, well-balanced; fruity and floral aromas combine with sensations of ripe red fruits and sweet spices.

Palate: very intense and full-bodied with notes of red fruits and a pleasant spicy flavour.
