Vintage stil Barbera, obtained through maceration. Made from hand-harvested grapes.

Alcohol content 13% vol.

Serving temperature 16°C.

Serve in a large tulip glass with a not too large mouth diameter.

Organoleptic characteristics:

Colour: deep ruby red with violet reflections.

Nose: intense aroma, with notes of cherry and black cherry, enriched with hints of rose.

Palate: excellent balance with the freshness due to its acidity. Fruity and very clean finish with a pleasant tannic sensation on the palate.
