Fermented in the bottle and refined on yeasts for 15 months. Made from hand-harvested grapes.

Alcohol content 12,5% vol.

Serving temperature 6-8°C.

Serve in a flute.

Organoleptic characteristics:

Colour: pink with amber reflections, with a fine and persistent perlage.

Nose: ample, fresh and elegant bouquet, with reminiscence of sage and mint.

Palate: dry, harmonious and velvety.
