Vintage sweet wine, obtained from a blend between barbera, croatina and vespolina. Obtained through maceration and naturally fermented in autoclave. Made from hand-harvested grapes.

Alcohol content 7,5% vol + 100 g/l residual sugar.

Serving temperature 12°C.

Serve in a tulip glass with a 5-6 cm mouth diameter.

Organoleptic characteristics:

Colour: bright red-violet, intense and persistent foam.

Nose: fine and intense vinosity, with light hints of jam and withered flowers.

Palate: sweet and caressing, full-bodied, soft and well-balanced.
